Procurement Manager

At The Lane Construction Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing power and achieve financial objectives for our business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies for key commodities and spend categories to optimize purchasing power and achieve financial objectives.
- Supplier Management: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Procurement Process Management: Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements and provide guidance and support throughout the procurement process.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information, and generate reports on performance. Implement and enforce procurement procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and mentor, coach, and evaluate the performance of Buyers as required.
- Supply Chain Objectives: Collaborate with leaders to establish short and long-term supply chain objectives.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 8 years of experience
