We are seeking a highly skilled Global Category Manager to join our Indirect Procurement team at Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and negotiate master agreements and statements of work with critical technology and services suppliers.
- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supply chain optimization.
- Influence suppliers' manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies to drive mutual benefits and sustainability.
- Prioritize projects and activities to deliver maximum cost reductions and reliable supply.
- Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals.
- Effectively lead cross-functional meetings with clear document writing, agenda creation, note capture, and follow-up activity coordination.
- Identify Indirect procurement requests issues and collaborate with partners to proactively drive improvements.

Requirements- 5+ years of program or project management experience.

- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
