About the Role

This is a sales-focused position within our company, focusing on commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will manage a provided book of business and aim to sell between $1 million and $2 million annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell HVAC equipment directly to building owners, including large chillers, boilers, and air handlers.
  • Consult with business owners on building automation to enhance energy efficiency and maximize capital investments.
  • Closing deals and sustaining business with existing customers are key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • A proven track record in selling complex HVAC equipment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a history of closing significant deals.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
  • An uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $200,000 in the first year.
