About the Role:
As a Service Technician with Carrols Restaurant Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to prioritize and complete necessary repairs in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to customer service and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with the R&M Budget to allocate resources effectively and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Work closely with restaurant staff to understand their needs and develop a work schedule that meets their requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools.
