Job Title: Winner's Circle Ambassador

Job Summary:

If so, we want to hear from you As a Winner's Circle Ambassador at Dave & Buster's, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations on items and services.
  • Provide game assistance and notify support technicians or management as needed.
  • Ensure all merchandise is accurately weighed and scanned, and that storage areas are stocked, displayed, and secured.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory and reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory.
  • Review the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle and ensure all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained.
  • Assist other team members as needed and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift.
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: $7.25 - $10.75 USD
