Job Title: Winner's Circle

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Winner's Circle representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
  • Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions, including assisting with all requests and answering questions as needed.
  • Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  • Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
  • Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
  • Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle, ensuring all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained.
  • Assists other Team Members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift.
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

We offer a competitive salary range of $7.25 to $10.75 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.
