Administrative Support Specialist to Head of Business Development

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to the Head of Business Development. This is a dynamic role requiring a strong background in executive administration, with a focus on calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Participate in internal and external calls to stay on top of the executive's schedule
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and expense reports
- Ensure strong attention to detail to keep the executive on track
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
- Flexibility to work 3-4 days in the office, with hours of 8:30-6:00 PM
- Bonus range of 10-15%
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
