About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our team on a federal prison renovation project in Cumberland, Maryland. The project involves a $2.2 million renovation with a focus on security fencing, plumbing, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of the project
  • Oversee the installation of security fencing, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction standards
  • Collaborate with the project manager and QCM to ensure project goals are met
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in federal projects
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal construction standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
