Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and verify patient demographic information, including insurance and billing information, to ensure accurate and efficient registration and scheduling processes.
- Utilize multiple online order retrieval systems to verify or print patient orders, and communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in computer data-entry/typing, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
