EVMIPM Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled EVMIPM Analyst to join our team at iQuasar LLC. As an EVMIPM Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the development and implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Performance Management (IPM) systems.

• Perform IPM analysis in space and software-intensive systems
• Conduct Integrated Master Schedule analysis, including driving and critical path(s), total float analysis, and risk register integration
• Develop and maintain schedule analysis models, including duration uncertainty, correlation, sensitivity analysis, and probabilistic branching
• Assist contractor program teams in implementing the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) deliverable
• Provide oversight and implementation guidance related to Program replan and Over Target Baseline / Schedule
• Develop and maintain IPM analysis tools and reports, including integration with Agile tools and SAFe methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or business field
• Years of required EVM experience vary according to position level
• Excellent analytical skills and strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Project, and Excel (pivot tables and macros)
• Experience with COTS tools, including Full Monte, Schedule Analyzer for Project, Empower, and Tableau preferred
