Job Description:

We seek a skilled Lemon Law Specialist to handle a variety of lemon law cases from inception to resolution. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while serving clients in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in lemon law cases, including vehicles, RVs, boats, and other consumer goods.
  • Conduct thorough case evaluations and provide clients with clear legal guidance and options.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements with manufacturers and dealerships on behalf of clients.
  • Litigate cases in state and federal courts as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • 2+ years of experience in lemon law or consumer protection law.
