• Must have experience working in a law firm setting, with a preference for real estate experience
• Must be familiar with the Florida Court system's e-filing system
• Strong computer skills for data entry and case management software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Responsibilities:**
• Manage case files, including opening, uploading, and maintaining accurate records
• Communicate with clients, other counsel, title companies, and court personnel via phone and email
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve excellent client results
**Requirements:**
• 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm setting, with a preference for real estate experience
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with case management software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
