Job Title: Esthetics Instructor

Blue Cliff College is seeking an experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the theory and practice of esthetics, including the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, and other preparations for the care of the skin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and curricula for esthetics courses
  • Teach students the principles and practices of esthetics, including skincare, makeup, and hair removal
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and maintain a safe and effective learning environment
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through applicable state board
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructors License
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician
  • Some level of teaching or training experience preferred
