Esthetics Instructor Job Description

Blue Cliff College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in the theory and practice of esthetics, including the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, and skincare techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Teaching experience in esthetics or a related field
  • Knowledge of esthetician licensing requirements and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
