Job Title: Esthetics Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team at Blue Cliff College. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the theory and practice of esthetics, including the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, and other techniques to care for the skin.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum for esthetics courses, including lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
  • Teach students the principles and practices of esthetics, including skin analysis, makeup application, and hair removal techniques.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure students meet the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and effective learning environment for students.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education program.
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through applicable state board, required.
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructor's License required.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician and be familiar with all aspects of the industry.
  • Some level of teaching or training experience is preferred.
