We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Social Worker/Clinician/Counselor. This is a 10-month position with 12-month pay, offering a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct educational and social services to students, including data-based decision-making and functional behavior assessments.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to create supportive academic and social environments.
- Develop and implement positive behavioral and academic interventions, monitoring and reporting student progress.
- Build leadership and consultative skills to effectively help students succeed.
- One of the following licenses/certifications: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), Certified School Counselor (IL PEL Certificate), MSW with LSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LCP.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a wide range of interventions meeting the needs of a diverse student population.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
