Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Care Liaison Specialist to join our team at Optimal Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others while growing their careers.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with referral sources, driving brand awareness, and acquiring new clients. You will also establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources, emphasizing long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field, with excellent customer service and sales skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, social media platforms, and Google products is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain key relationships with referral sources.
  • Drive brand awareness and acquire new clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources.
  • Represent Optimal Staffing in community settings, networking groups, and events.
