Hospice Liaison

At Amedisys, we're looking for a dedicated Hospice Liaison to join our team. This role requires experience in outside sales/business development within the healthcare industry. Ideal candidates will have a background in cold calling customers in pharmaceuticals, medical device sales, hospital, home health, hospice, or long-term care.
Responsibilities:- Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about home care services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices to generate leads
- Coordinate patient admissions with the team, including obtaining all required documentation to complete the referral-to-admission process
