Job Title: Medical Liaison - Nursing Professional

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Medical Liaison at Harc, Inc. Day Program.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for supported individuals.
  • Monitor overall health and provide supportive care as needed.
  • Collaborate with Program RN and DON to ensure compliance with DDS agency policies and procedures.
  • Train staff on medication administration, nutrition, and other relevant topics.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
  • A current Connecticut LPN license.
  • One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with individuals who require varying levels of support.
