Highly Skilled Laser Fabrication Specialist

A highly skilled Laser Fabrication Specialist is needed to join our team at Spark Talent Inc. This role involves operating high-end laser cutting and engraving machines, working with a variety of materials, and ensuring precise cuts and engravings. The ideal candidate will have experience in prototype sheet metal, CO2 lasers, BLM lasers, fiber lasers, and 5 AXIS lasers.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating laser cutting and engraving machines, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Experience with PEPS software is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-end laser cutting and engraving machines
- Work with a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and woods
- Ensure precise cuts and engravings are achieved on each project
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in laser cutting and engraving
- Strong knowledge of laser technology and machine operation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
