Job Description

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Specialist to join their team in the Metro Detroit area. Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in an assembly manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing final assembly, testing, and run-off of equipment and tools at designated facilities.
  • Installing and performing final run-off of equipment and tools at customer sites.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for communicating project updates and open items with program managers and stakeholders, serving as the onsite liaison for customers, and maintaining detailed service reports.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Omron is highly desirable.
