Job Summary
Gentile's Collision Inc is seeking an experienced Automotive Restoration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Pre-wash and clean vehicles during check-in
• Perform post-repair clean up
• Work in a dedicated department ensuring all cars are vacuumed, washed, dust-free, and ready for delivery
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality workmanship
• Adhere to company standards and regulations

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in collision repair or restoration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
