  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by fostering a welcoming environment, greeting each guest, and maintaining high service standards.
  • Train and develop staff while regularly assessing their performance.
  • Uphold merchandising standards, including display presentation and inventory management.
  • Assist in setting daily goals and tasks for employees, ensuring proper completion through follow-up.

  • Support management with administrative tasks, including inventory and timecard management.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Assist with store organization, including restocking and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain appropriate cash levels at registers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience.
  • Ability to wear western boots while on duty.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in reading, counting, and writing to complete necessary documentation accurately.

Physical Requirements: (Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, climb, reach, and stand/walk for the duration of the shift)

  • Ability to access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Proficient in operating all necessary equipment for store operations.
  • Capability to climb ladders as needed to retrieve stock.
  • Ability to handle merchandise weighing between 0-60 pounds throughout the store.
