  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team, ensuring that staff are equipped to provide exceptional patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a proven track record of success in clinical operations and staff development.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
