- Develop and manage budgets for the nursing department, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among nursing staff, promoting evidence-based practice and excellence in patient care.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team, ensuring that staff are equipped to provide exceptional patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a proven track record of success in clinical operations and staff development.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
