About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Systems Support Engineer to join our team. As a Field Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient IT service resolution for supported equipment, ensuring strict adherence to escalation procedures, and engaging with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy new and replacement Information Technology equipment
  • Configure Information Technology equipment
  • Re-image Information Technology equipment if required
  • Ensure store performance and reliability of IT platforms are maintained within agreed service levels
  • Decommission Information Technology equipment and manage at a local level
  • Engage with Service Desk and Production Support – including Incidents via Footprints
  • Provide 2nd level support for all Information Technology Desktop operating systems and associated software deployments
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology Field Service Support
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology, Infrastructure, Operating Systems, and software
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering quality services
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software, or IT Engineering
  • Master's degree a plus
