About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a Wound Care RN, you will play a vital role in assessing patients, establishing diagnoses, and creating healthcare plans that ensure patient safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to maintain the highest standard of practice.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, providing empathetic and compassionate care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the community to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant nursing experience.
  • Effective Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Basic Life Support certification or obtain it within 30 days of starting the job.
