Relationship Building
- Foster strong connections with candidates and existing employees to build trust and enhance understanding of different sectors and job functions, thereby expanding your professional network.
Candidate Sourcing
- Explore innovative and effective strategies to attract potential candidates, utilizing a range of online resources, including professional networks and databases.
Negotiation and Collaboration
- Negotiate compensation and employment conditions with candidates, ensuring their commitment to current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to address client requirements and support the internal sales process.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, driven by results, and self-motivated.
- A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a related field.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
