Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills and career goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with candidates and current employees to build trust and expand your professional network.
  • Identify innovative ways to source viable candidates, leveraging internet resources, directories, and personal networking.
  • Determine wage rates and employment terms, while affirming candidate commitment for both current and future positions.
  • Actively participate in job fairs and networking events to meet potential candidates and expand your professional network.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to enhance client service and ensure client talent needs are met seamlessly.
Requirements:
  • 0-1 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Coachability and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on follow-up.
  • A personal drive to meet goals and a passion for winning.
  • A fearless attitude towards making cold calls and building a candidate network.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication efforts with candidates and team members.
