Position Overview: Elevate Your Career

The Key Leader role is a significant advancement from the Coordinator position. Key Leaders primarily function as Coordinators while occasionally stepping into a leadership capacity, overseeing all facets of store operations. This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and exemplifies outstanding customer service.

  • Fosters a welcoming atmosphere for both internal and external customers
  • Encourages a culture of transparency and trust; upholds confidentiality
  • Serves as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Ensures the store team executes tasks in alignment with operational plans; prioritizes effectively
  • Addresses immediate customer service concerns and provides constructive coaching to team members
  • Utilizes discretion in customer service policies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintains optimal Associate coverage in service areas to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Guarantees compliance with all operational protocols
  • Oversees opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with management and team members regarding priorities and progress
  • Encourages and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
  • Provides coaching and recognition to team members
  • Collaborates with management to identify training needs for Associates to enhance effectiveness
  • Ensures compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promotes credit and loyalty initiatives
  • Participates in shrink reduction strategies and programs
  • Advocates for safety awareness and maintains a secure environment
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Team-oriented, collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Capable of adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Familiarity with company software, systems, and procedures
  • Understanding of merchandise flow within retail environments
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Adept at coaching, delegating, and following up on multiple tasks
  • Ability to respond swiftly in challenging situations
  • Skilled in multitasking
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Minimum of 1 year in retail, with at least 6 months in a leadership role

This position offers a competitive starting pay range, with actual pay determined by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
