Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a supportive work environment and embody Pathways' core values.
  • Execute treatment strategies utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
  • Accurately and consistently gather client progress data.
  • Foster professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and clients.
  • Independently carry out treatment plans and adhere to all timelines.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexibly between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including one Saturday per month
  • Willingness to conduct in-home sessions
  • Pass required background checks and tuberculosis screening
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Effective interaction with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related discipline
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Relevant professional background in behavioral health
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
