About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services to customers at our airport rental counters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contracts and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive rental experience.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively upsell our offerings and services to enhance their travel experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
What We Offer
  • A competitive bi-weekly hourly wage plus an extremely profitable commission/incentive/bonus plan.
  • A minimum commission guarantee or actual commission, whichever is greater, for the first two months.
  • On-the-job training to enhance your professional sales skills.
  • Paid time off and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and other insurance.
  • A flexible spending account opportunity to contribute up to $270 as a tax-free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Effective verbal communication skills and basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
  • A professional, engaging personality and flexibility to work all shifts.
  • The ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
