Rental Sales Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process contracts and listen to customer needs
  • Upsell our offerings and services to enhance the customer's travel experience
  • Provide excellent customer service
What We Offer:
  • Bi-weekly hourly wage plus an extremely profitable commission/incentive/bonus plan
  • Flexible scheduling: set your own schedule that fits your needs
  • Minimum commission guarantee or actual commission, whichever is greater, for the first two months
  • On-the-job training to enhance your professional sales skills
  • Employee discounts, including discounted car rental and discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars
Requirements:
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Professional, engaging personality
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
