- Ensure proper authorizations and adherence to business controls.

- Contribute to cross-deal coordination, offer advisory support, and participate in "lessons learned" reviews.
- Enrolled undergraduate student at an accredited university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
