Position: Radiologic and CT Technologist - PRN
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic and CT Technologist to become a vital part of our healthcare team.
Work Schedule: Per Diem, Variable Shifts
Department Highlights:

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program is required.
- Associate degree is preferred.
- Experience in operating room settings is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a radiologic technician without ARRT (CT) certification is required.
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology is required upon hire.
- ARRT certification in CT is required upon hire or with 1 year of radiologic technician experience.
- CMRT certification from either TDH or TMB is required upon hire.
- BCLS certification must be obtained prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate procedures to patients or guardians prior to examinations.
- Position patients accurately for the anatomical area of interest.
- Perform complex imaging procedures while considering age-related factors.
- Adjust imaging techniques based on patient-specific criteria.
- Assist radiologists with intricate and invasive procedures using aseptic techniques.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all processes.
- Process and manipulate images, ensuring quality and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Utilize appropriate downtime procedures for PACS and HIS/RIS systems.
- Assess and recognize various patient conditions including emotional and cognitive states.
