Key Responsibilities- Project Development: Formulate a detailed project blueprint encompassing scope, timelines, and financial allocations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain project needs and deadlines.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets meticulously, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency. Monitor financial activities and report performance metrics to upper management.
- Team Leadership: Direct a diverse project team, including contractors and subcontractors. Cultivate a cooperative work atmosphere and provide mentorship to team members.
- Quality and Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations on-site and develop quality assurance protocols to meet industry standards.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with local authorities and community representatives to address regulatory requirements and maintain project documentation.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address project challenges to maintain timelines and project integrity.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction management, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in industrial projects, including 5 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is required, with advanced qualifications being advantageous.
