Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Weirton Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Perform duties in a responsible and professional manner, adhering to all standards of nursing care, hospital policies, and current regulations governing nursing practice.
- Collect and prepare specimens according to established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or completion of a Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician Program.
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), demonstrating your commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
