About the Role:
The Commercial Market Access Pricing Organization is responsible for executing and managing commercial agreements with U.S. Private Payers for AbbVie's branded product portfolio. This role supports the strategic objectives of the Market Access organization by facilitating the creation, maintenance, and management of commercial contracting processes, consistent with established pricing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with pricing governance and process/procedures.
- Manage contracting requests, including scheduling checkpoint calls, ensuring team alignment, and completing follow-ups as needed.
- Analyze and validate all aspects of rebate payments.
- Evaluate and dispute contract compliance and review performance against contractual objectives.
- Understand software application systems (Model N, Relay, QlikView) for accurate and efficient rebate processing.
- Provide support for financial cycles and data reconciliations, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
- Planning and forecasting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Model N, Relay, QlikView preferred.
