Job Title: Exterior Renovation Specialist

Home Solutions of Nebraska is seeking a skilled Exterior Renovation Specialist to join our team. As an Exterior Renovation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior components of homes and buildings, including windows, doors, siding, and metalwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair windows, doors, siding, and metalwork to ensure a watertight seal and a secure structure.
  • Measure and cut materials to fit specific job requirements.
  • Assist with painting and other remodeling duties as necessary.
  • Remove old windows and doors with hand and power tools.
  • Install and fabricate thin metal sheets for various applications.
  • Trim for home openings, including doors, garage doors, and windows.
  • Assess needed repairs through communication with homeowners and property analysis.
  • Field installation and setup of equipment.
  • Ensure all work is done to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have experience and proficiency with specialized tools and equipment and customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with office staff and crews.
  • Ability to meet all physical demands of the job.
  • Ability to work in an environment that occasionally gets very loud.
  • Work well with others.
  • Familiarity with power tools.
  • Ability to lift heavy items.
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
