- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform R&D strategies.

- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, such as food science, chemistry, or biochemistry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product formulation and development, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of food science, chemistry, or biochemistry, with experience in the dietary supplement, food, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
