- Preparation of client orders for dispatch
- Interpretation of manufacturing orders and customer specifications to ascertain the necessary equipment, products, and components for order processing
- Filling, labeling, and packaging of items according to packaging guidelines while adhering to established quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and relevant departmental supervisors
- Provide assistance and support to team members while sharing information readily
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills are essential
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.) within physical limitations
- Capability to stand, walk, or sit for eight hours
- Experience in pushing, pulling, or moving raw material containers and production equipment
