Compensation:
FUCHS offers competitive remuneration commensurate with experience in a similar role. The pay range for this position is $22 - $24 per hour, with actual compensation varying based on the new hire's experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery
• Review documentation, calculate requirements, and confirm material weights
• Document production activities by completing necessary forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches
• Locate materials and supplies, verifying lots and weights according to manufacturing orders
• Prepare and load raw materials into production equipment
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and organizing materials and supplies; record inventory locations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs)
• Proficiency in computer use preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with material handling equipment
