Compensation:
FUCHS offers competitive compensation based on experience in a similar role. The pay range for this position is $22 - $24 per hour, with actual compensation varying according to the new hire's experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Review documentation, calculate requirements, and verify material weights.
• Document production activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches.
• Locate materials and supplies, verifying lots and weights as per the manufacturing order.
• Prepare and load raw materials into production equipment.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and organizing materials and supplies; record inventory locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs).
• Proficiency in computer usage preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment.
