Job Title: Advanced Security Program Operations Manager

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Security Program Operations Manager to join their team in the Bay Area. As a key member of the security and care delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Protective Security Supervisors (PSS) for the Advanced Security Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and invest in the development of contract security personnel
  • Implement new training development programs and ensure efficient and effective training for contract staff
  • Mentor and develop future leaders with a focus on succession planning
  • Identify and implement successful programs to develop managerial staff and contract employees
  • Enhance managerial and contract staff skill sets through training and development
  • Oversee and approve disciplinary matters at sites to ensure high-quality investigations and management
  • Develop strategies with PSS to address workforce management gaps and deficiencies
  • Partner closely with customers to guide program development and ensure timely notification and escalation of adverse events
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact and evaluation of service quality
  • Meet regularly with client representatives for security program status updates and address actual or potential problems
  • Act as an escalation point for internal concerns and/or service contract decisions
  • Share the security story and promote excellent work
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of law enforcement or security training experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to high-quality customer service
  • Experience with managing budgets
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare environment and ability to interact with key stakeholders in high-stress situations
  • Business acumen
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems
  • Security Risk Assessments
  • Ability to quickly adapt and mobilize change across the organization
  • Ability to consult on security operations
  • Ability to think critically and use data to influence change
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
