Job Summary:

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a well-organized retail environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales floor team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage retail and rental inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and meeting sales goals
  • Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures to prevent loss
  • Act as a mentor to train and develop sales team members
  • Provide great customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience
  • Ensure pricing is accurate and current, including any promotions
  • Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience required
  • Previous snow sport industry experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English
  • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
