Washington Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our team in Argyle, NY.
We offer a competitive salary and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care, identifying areas for improvement.
- Represent the unit's interests and advocate for patients and staff.
- Current RN license in the state of New York.
- 3+ years of long-term care experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 122-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
