  • Coordinate and assign nursing staff to ensure seamless resident care
  • Establish a positive and supportive environment for residents and families
  • Provide timely and accurate information to residents and staff
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing policies and procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of resident information
  • Manage and document resident care services
  • Foster a collaborative relationship among healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
