Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve community operations and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 7 years of successful community management experience, with at least 4 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Valid driver's license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
  • Commitment to obtaining CPM, PCAM, ARM, or AMS designations or equivalent.
