- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve community operations and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 7 years of successful community management experience, with at least 4 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Valid driver's license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
- Commitment to obtaining CPM, PCAM, ARM, or AMS designations or equivalent.
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
