We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our team at UNC Health Care. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality rehabilitative services to patients with various upper extremity diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities- Administer diagnostic testing and evaluations to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Teach and supervise graduate Occupational Therapy students, fellows, and residents, and develop innovative programs to enhance patient care.
- Analyze results of diagnostic and therapeutic testing to establish patient goals and modify subsequent treatment programs.
- Select and apply advanced techniques to provide quality and efficient rehabilitative services.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
- Five years of occupational therapy experience, including one year in the specialty field of hand therapy.
