Key Responsibilities- Administer diagnostic testing and evaluations to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Teach and supervise graduate occupational therapy students, fellows, and residents, and develop innovative programs to enhance patient care.
- Analyze results of diagnostic and therapeutic testing to establish patient goals and modify treatment programs as needed.
- Select and apply advanced techniques to provide quality and efficient rehabilitative services, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts, contributing to the maintenance of valid and reliable records of patient procedures and progress.
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Licensure as an occupational therapist in the state of North Carolina.
- Five years of occupational therapy experience, including one year in the specialty field of work to which assigned.
