We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teacher and Center Staff member to join our team at Meritor Academy North Andover.

As a Teacher and Center Staff, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of young learners and supporting the growth and development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the center's success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve goals

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
